Consulting and Training
Although LTC is not a "field services" company, we are happy to provide remote or on-site consulting with customers to develop solutions for challenging inspection and measurement applications. In addition, we provide a full spectrum of training options for our systems as part of the product package, and can also provide in-depth training programs for your specific laser scanning application.
Most of our applications involve high-value components where lost production or catastrophic failure is extremely expensive – if not fatal. We take pride in providing a quick response to customer needs. We will, in fact, provide international technical support on a 24-hour basis if necessary.
